Failure to deliver a camera then failure to process a timely refund - Nikon D-5500 DSLR camera


worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered a camera Jul 7th it never came so I canceled it. On July 30th I got an e-mail advising a full refund had been issued and would take up to 72 hrs to post to my account. Today is Aug 19 and no refund. When I call I get assurances they will look into it and get back to me. Hasn't happened yet
